I use the Green facility for services. I have been impressed with the staff, facility and culture management has been able to develop in the staff. The minute you pull up for curbside or enter the facility thru the door there is always a warm "hello". The majority of the staff greet me by name, and are promptly start retrieving my laundry. The turn around time is always two days and if it is going to take longer than the two days they let me know when to expect the garment. The woman at the front desk was friendly and provided great service. My fiances coat was ready before the quoted time and he commented on how great the pick up went as well. We are new to the neighborhood and will definitely be back! Thank you for providing a great business!
Very impressed with the quality and service provided by this location!! It was my first time trying out City Cleaners and I am definitely sticking with this company and location. I loved being provided my own bag to drop my clothes off in, the ease of being able to drop them 24hrs a day, and receiving an email when they were ready with my total cost for the service! Huge improvement from my last dry cleaner I used.
I was happily greeted upon my entrance. The young girl working was polite and friendly. She made light conversation while she put the information into the computer. The transaction was quick and I was on my way in no time.
Staff was very courteous with prompt attention.
My most recent visit was, as usual, perfect. I'm always greeted with a warm welcome and professional service (this time by Taylor). And my order was ready a day earlier than expected. Thank you!
The service has always been remarkable. If there has ever been a "glitch" you have gone beyond my expectations.
