The staff was very friendly and professional. The cleaning service was outstanding. I had a few zippers replaced on a couple of coats and they look fantastic.

I was told my coat would be ready on Mon, Dec. 8 after 3:00 PM. I left my home that morning for appointments & arrived at 2:50 PM. Told coat was not ready. Stated I'd run another errand and would return. Did so between 4:40-5:00. Told you phoned [1:00 as per voice mail] to say coat would be cleaned a 2nd time & not be ready until Tues after 3:00 PM. Why wasn't I told this at 2:50? I could have gone home sooner. Coat looks great. Just disappointed in the communications.

I was favorably impressed with the site, the cleanliness, and the friendliness and politeness of the the young lady, Rachel, that served me. She called me Mrs. Wolsey, which is respectful, and remembered my name when I came back to pick up my cleaning. The price seemed fair to me. I would definitely return.

I always get good service. Both young ladies that were working when I dropped off my order and picked it up were so pleasant and nice. I even received a thank you note in the mail from one of them!
