Best customer service I've received in a long time!!! This was my first visit and won't be our family's last! So glad y'all are here in Hartville!
I had a very pleasant experience when I dropped off my item, very friendly.
Price was a little high even with 20% off (dry cleaned two suit jackets and three suit pants). Customer service is great and the quality was fantastic. However there are other locations that will do an order of that size for $25 full price (no discounts).
