Quality of work good but no one wore masks. A person came in and they had a mask but the man behind the counter didn’t nor did anyone else in the store. Consequently I will not go back.
My initial contact with the employee when I dropped off my items wasn’t spectacular, but it didn’t bother me as much as when I picked up my items. The guy was seemed pleasant enough but occupied ...the highest issue I have is with my items...it looks as if my jackets had been scrapped with a razor as the fibers are all standing up, and my jackets are piling too! Had 2 jackets to be cleaned. One was fine. The other I had asked particular attention be made on the inside liner that had dog hair and sweater balls especially since I was donated the jacket to a friend. When picked up, the jacket liner did not look like anything had been done to it. I showed to the clerk and she said they would make it right. I am currently waiting to pick up the jacket.
As a so-called "wedding gown specialist", I expected better quality service, but I was highly disappointed. I took my dress in for a simple cleaning. When I picked it up, I noted that the broach had been removed, then replaced and misaligned. It was also missing jewels. The dress was still dirty, but now with new scuff marks on the train. Took 5 piece to be clean, they charged me $50 when I have taken the same piece to another an charged $20 big shocker when nothing their has prices to find out it almost three times higher. Will never do business with them again. Highway robbery!!
as always, my dry cleaning experience was wonderful... I did want to mention my laundromat experience. Everything but washer #18 that saturated my clothes and I called Ric (i cannot help he was in Raindbow City, when he said what do you want me to do? I am in Rainbow City...) another number should be on the door if he is not the person to contact with laundromat issues. Connie and the crew handled it fine, but why ask me what you want him to do because he is out of town? and he is the manager? seriously bad comment.
I always bring my husband work clothes but for some reason they were not clean. I had one pair that had a stain on them when I got them back the same stain was on them my husband immediately got a wet towel and wiped them and the stain was gone. I feel like they just pressed his pants without cleaning his pants
Profoundly, I work in law enforcement; therefore I placed an order for my pants to be alterations to my boots height. Although the pants was alterations was too tight and the thread was a royal blue and my pants are navy and other thread inseams are navy. Champions in Calera didn’t charge me for the alterations but I have to buy new pants from police store in Homewood
Didn’t realize y’all sent pressed items out Brought shirt in on Friday & was told would not be ready until Monday after 3 Customer will not return
