The quality of work is good; however the customer services is not great if you are a person of color.
Regretfully it took a week to get back our king size duvet cover and sheet. Then had to make an extra trip back to Crestline because even though I was contacted that order was ready it was only partially completed. This is my first experience when Champions did not meet expectations. Was told when I dropped duvet off it would be 2-3 days…
Perfection! Suzanne is always so efficient and pleasant. We have always loved her and the way we are treated. Only request have ironing only at a more reduced rate especially for seniors that can’t iron anymore. Thank you. Don and Meredith Gadbois. 205-807-4890
I would not qualify for pick up and deliver because I live in Bibb County and do not have enough weekly cleaning to justify for pu/delivery service but I am very pleased with what cleaning I do take to from Champion Cleaners and the people that work there.

The price was ridiculously high and the hemming was all crooked. For $20 to hem a pair of shorts they should have looked perfect.

Please ask your driver to ring my doorbell when returning laundry. On Thursday, June 10, 2021, he left some items on the doorknob and some on the ground in my vestibule. Had I not gone out to check my mail, I would not have known my laundry was there and it might have gotten soaked in the rain that came in the evening. In the last month, three shirts and two pairs of pants were sent in your bag with a note about food stains. All were returned with food stains still visible. Friday two had a message on the hanger “stains remaining cannot be removed without causing damage...”. You have cleaned these shirts and pants many times in the past and removed the food stains. What has changed? When the pants came back with the stain, either red paint or blood, still there, I sprayed the stain with hydrogen peroxide and it disappeared. Bill Powers
