Reception does not wear a mask and doesn't stay 6 feet way. Thought this would change since it's mandated by the State. I visited over a month ago and they did not follow safety standards either.
You all are very over priced. Wasn’t made aware how much it was going to be when I dropped the clothes off.
Horrible first experience here. Had my clothes for 5 days and then was told they only accepted checks because the register was down. Don’t know in what world every person carries checks in anymore. The lady Pam was rude to my husband about it and talked down to him. I called the next day and asked if their machine was working today so I could come get our clothes they’ve had for 5 days now and on the phone Pam started talking over me and wouldn’t let me finish my sentence. I’m pleased with the cleaning of my coat! I’m not pleased with the hem work completed on my bridesmaid’s dress.

Painful experience dealing with this cleaner. They double charged me, then hung up on me twice when I called about the overcharges. Told me “they didn’t care about me”. I fired them.
I was a first time customer and was disappointed with my experience with champion Cleaners greystone. I dropped off my items in two reusable bags for the wash-dry-fold service. When I went to pick up my laundered items they were in a champion cleaners back, which is fine, but my original reusable bags were “no where to be found” or “might have been thrown away” I am disappointed that my bags were not accounted for or that I wasn’t told to take my original bags back with me after drop off.

The cleaning was fine but very wrinkled.
To start with I was told one it would be 8.50 for doing 2 pairs of pants. I go yesterday tp pick up and then it was 17.00 The older lady who waited in me had a nasty attitude about this. I told her I had no reason to lie about what I was told. I have worked with customer service fir many years and know right way to handle this situation is ket customer have it for what they were told.
