I picked up my shirts 2 weeks ago and left a quilt to be cleaned. They told me it would take 2-3 days (totally fine). I went today to pick up quilt. They had lost it and had to go through a bin of clothes to find it, finally. Also, there was 1 shirt that was ready today (should have been in the group 2 weeks ago), PLUS the charge rate per shirt is twice why I pay to my previous cleaners. Bad service, Bad price.
Out right sorry. To think you could charge me 21.00 dollars to heim a pair of pants is nothing but sorry Me my family nor my friends will never do business with you again
Dry cleaning price was too high
My pants continue to have multiple creases.
Too expensive. Articles not priced individually. Can’t tell from receipt what each charge was for. Not sure I got all my shirts back. I was charged $71.90 for apparently 11 shirts (that’s all I got back). I failed to count them before I left them for cleaning. I made the mistake of trusting the cleaners.
Way too expensive and they still didn’t iron my clothes properly. Also the communication from the person who picked up was very vague. Should profoundly work on customer service for the price point. Hopefully they can improve their service.
You shrunk the 3 pair of dress pants I brought in for my husband. These are expensive slacks. Makes me think you’re washing and not dry cleaning. VERY disappointing.
My last 2 services have been very poor. I am a long time customer and loved using your business. I picked up a formal dress yesterday. The hem was not clean and the hem was pulled out. I likely did it in wear. However, you did not tell me it was out and did not offer to fix it. I’m disappointed in your service.
The new location is not very convenient or drive through friendly.
