$9.95 is too much to pay only to have one pair of trousers ironed!
I have had snaps put on my boxers for years. Every time I have provided the snaps. I understand inflation and the dire straits our economy has taken but when the cost of putting snaps exceeds the cost of the boxers, we have a problem. I have had Champion put them on before but it was nowhere the cost it was this time. It cost $63.00 to put on FIVE (5) snaps. It was MY fault for not asking this time. I am now learning to put on snaps!
I left two pair of pants to be dry cleaned. I did not say dry clean because I thought I am at a dry cleaner and they will dry clean my pants. I could not wear pants when I got them back because they had shrunk. When I took them back And talked to the person at the shop she told me they cleaned according to the care label. Not only had the pants shrunk, but they also were faded, which would not have happened had they’ve been dry cleaned.
Was blown away at the cost of two tops being taken up on each side $64.00. Not sure they were taken up what I ask for. One is still to big and other one not as small as I thought. To be honest though, I had not had any alterations done at dry cleaners for several years. Just had no idea they had gone up that much. I will definitely send something back and pay shipping before I will ever do that again. Just another lesson among many. Other than sizing a good job and sizing could have been my fault, just not sure.
Wanted to know if it could be cleaned before you went on. Was not cleaned. Well enough to wear. And I felt like that was a waste of my money.
I asked for heavy starch in my shirts but got no starch in my shirts
I LOVE this cleaners! I needed some shirts cleaned and pressed at the last minute before my son headed back to college. Although it was late in the afternoon when I dropped them off, the staff at Champion went above and beyond to get them back to me by 7 a.m. the next day! Great customer service and great work!!!! I will be a repeat customer!
