We love Carousel Cleaners! The convenience of their pick up & drop off service saves us so much time & the quality of service is second to none. We highly recommend them.
Carousel Cleaners have always been our go-to cleaners (since 1993 when we moved to the North Shore). They take great care with garments and even do minor repairs. For some time, I resisted taking advantage of Carousel's home pickup and delivery service, but it is THE BEST!!! We have pickup and delivery twice per week and I can't imagine how we managed without it.
Over the past 9 years, Cam and his team have always gone the extra mile to accommodate our needs. We would highly recommend Caroussel Cleaners to anyone looking for a dry cleaning company that consistently delivers outstanding customer service and is committed to continuous improvement.
Every time that I drop clothes off or pick them up, I am meet by a very positive and upbeat staff member. They are very couteous and very efficient. Since I do not use any other dry cleaner, I have nothing to compare but my bets is this by far the best dry cleaner company on the North Shore.

Service was great! I needed 2 of my husbands suits to be dry cleaned my Monday evening, & I dropped them off Monday late afternoon. They were able to do this, no problem at all. My husband said they did an excellent job. I will be going back!
The pick up service is very convenient and the driver is courteous and professionally dressed. I also found the young lady who answers the telephone to be pleasant and responsive to my needs and requests. I will continue to use Carousel Cleaners because they do a good job of cleaning my clothes and have the best service that I have ever encountered in that industry. They also recycle the plastic garment wraps for me as well as the cuff links.
We enjoy the pick up and delivery service - always reliable.
