Excellent customer service! I had a quick turn-around over a holiday weekend for an out of town wedding. An initial computer mishap turned into an unexpectedly wonderful experience with helpful staff all around. Rocke and James in particular went above and beyond to figure out how to make it happen.

I am a regular customer, and love the friendly staff, and the fast quality cleaning of my items. However, having to sign a release waiver every single time I drop off an item is very inconvenient. If this is absolutely necessary for every single drop off, maybe this step can be added into the self serve kiosk process so that no piece of paper or attendant is needed. Thank you.

We had a great experience with Burke Cleaners. It was beyond convenient as they picked up the clothes from my house and dropped them off when completed. Communication was excellent and Jennifer was great and answered all my questions. Best part was how clean the dresses were. My daughter said they looked the best they ever had including when she bought them which says a lot as one of the dresses was worn at a wedding and had several "margarita stains" on it. I have taken my favorite cap in for cleaning twice. Both time is was well used and sweat soaked and other stains. Came out like new.

OMG. I can’t sing Burkes praises loud enough!! They are the absolute best!! I took in a white denim jacket that has long rhinestone fringe ( I know it sounds tacky but it’s very cute!) and I was not sure how they were going to get it clean. After talking with the attendant, I knew that I might be getting a call about the jacket so I wasn’t holding my breath about it being something that they would even want to bother with.
