I brought in 10 shirts to laundry and applied the 25% discount to my order on line but was only able to get 20% off even though I received online confirmation that the 25% as accepted.

I showed up to the location on south Timberline on 2 May a few minutes after closing and a very nice lady came up front to assist me with the drop off system. She let me know that there would be no charge for Military Uniforms. The service was excellent and I think it is wonderful that there are still businesses that support military and veterans.

I have been VERY unhappy with the store closures and the use of automated systems. I enjoy the interaction w/ your employees- that’s what makes it fun. I’m specifically talking about the Shields/Raintree location. I haven’t been to Harmony/Timberline in awhile because I no longer have an office off Timberline. We’ve now moved to Windsor.
