I’ve been a customer for years. Locating a dropoff where possible for things in need of cleaning. I’m kicking myself for not trying the pickup/delivery sooner. It’s so easy, reliable, and one less thing to workout on my to do list. Thank you!
Business response:
Hello Katie. Thank you for your wonderful review. We are glad to be able to provide you with our pick up and delivery service. We look forward to taking care of all your dry cleaning and laundry needs. Have a great week.
THE CLEANING WAS EXCELLENT. HOWEVER , COST IS UNAFFORDABLE ON A FIXED INCOME. I. NEED TO FIND A SERVICE THAY DOES A GOOD JOB WITH MORE REASONABLE CHARGES.
Business response:
Thank you for your wonderful feedback, Farrel! We're glad the cleaning exceeded expectations. We understand cost is a concern and appreciate your honesty. We do offer monthly coupons on our website and as well on our app. Have a nice day.
What a breeze, I wish I would’ve had this service 30 years ago. What a time saver.

The prices are getting ridiculously high, going to start looking at alternatives
Business response:
We acknowledge your feedback, Jeff. Please know that our prices are comparable to other cleaners in the area. We do offer monthly coupons on our website and we send them through email as well. Thank you for your review.
Excellent!!

We are grateful that you enjoy our route pickup and delivery service Carl. We appreciate your business.
The convenience of having pickup and delivery is important to me and Burke’s cleaners offers both. They do great work and I can contact them anytime I have questions..
Business response:

Always excellent!
Business response:
Hello Jim & Brenda. Thank you for your Always Excellent 5 star review. Have a wonderful week.
We love your service, but may have to drop your service due to finances. We are both retired and on a fixed budget. There is not much wiggle room, so we may have to drop in wheat futures. We love everything about Burke Cleaners.
Business response:
Jane thank you for your kind words. We completely understand that working within a strict, fixed budget can be challenging. Our pricing reflects the high standards, quality and dedicated services we provide. We do send out monthly coupons, so be on the lookout for those! We are always here if you ever need us! Thank you - Burke Staff
