Audry is a stellar employee. The alteration to my Karate gi left the legs noticeably uneven. I have an important competition in October. At my age, 68, the competition is by invitation after 20 years of retirement. It is a honor to be invited. I took the gi pants to Audry and she immediately saw the legs were different lengths. Loved the provided service and packaging of my down comforter. Still disappointed that you will not deliver to me at Cycle where I use butterfly with other businesses as I do not drive anymore.
Everyone is always so friendly. They are so happy to see their customers! They are efficient and really fast turn around on my to be cleaned items .
