Danielle, I've recently started using your cleaners again post C19. I feel i must pass on to you tiur customer service has dropped considerably. I believe I've written you in the past regarding the excellent service I've received pre-C19. However, you now have 2 young ladies that I have encountered that rarely offer a greeting, or a thank you. In particular one lady named Angelica, but pronounced her name as "Ang-hel-ica" was not only unfriendly, but rude. I do appreciate your time in this matter. Jim Esquibel

My first visit to Burke's. Had a ballpoint ink mark on the sleeve of a light tan suede sport jacket. They did an excellent job of removing the mark, plus had it back in one day, and , at a very reasonable price. Courteous service. They get a five from me.

I have been using Burke’s for many months - always on time, ver pleasant staff who know me by name, all services delivered as requested and competitively priced! The new changes to the facility allowing for after hours access is very easy to use. Big shout out to Burke’s for raising the bar in the industry!

Just a question for you. I'm nearly 80 and don't have a printer, but saw your ad for 20% off for bedding cleanings. If I bring in my comforter which needs to be laundered in a big washer can I still get the 20% off without a coupon? I don't have a smartphone either.
