I received excellent customer service regarding a concern that I had. All of my questions were answered and I’m satisfied with my experience.

Ease of scheduling and the quality of cleaning is always great! Pickup had been good as well, utilizing a hook that I installed on my porch specifically for dry cleaning. My only nit is that when the cleaned items are returned they are placed on the floor of the porch instead of hung on the hook that's right there.

THE CLEANING WAS EXCELLENT. HOWEVER , COST IS UNAFFORDABLE ON A FIXED INCOME. I. NEED TO FIND A SERVICE THAY DOES A GOOD JOB WITH MORE REASONABLE CHARGES.
