We had a great experience with Burke Cleaners. It was beyond convenient as they picked up the clothes from my house and dropped them off when completed. Communication was excellent and Jennifer was great and answered all my questions. Best part was how clean the dresses were. My daughter said they looked the best they ever had including when she bought them which says a lot as one of the dresses was worn at a wedding and had several "margarita stains" on it. I have taken my favorite cap in for cleaning twice. Both time is was well used and sweat soaked and other stains. Came out like new.

OMG. I can’t sing Burkes praises loud enough!! They are the absolute best!! I took in a white denim jacket that has long rhinestone fringe ( I know it sounds tacky but it’s very cute!) and I was not sure how they were going to get it clean. After talking with the attendant, I knew that I might be getting a call about the jacket so I wasn’t holding my breath about it being something that they would even want to bother with. This was my first time as a customer, and I dropped off a down comforter instore because I wanted to see the business. I was impressed by the friendly and helpful woman working on 5/8 who walked me through the screen process. My husband came along today for the pickup to carry it for me, and he was impressed by the store and ease of pickup. Thanks to Drew who was so kind today!

There were several people in line at your dry cleaners. No problem. What is worrisome is that one of your clients told me to put my three sweaters in the blue bag which I did. However, there wasn't a place to put my name. Frustrating. Now I have three sweaters in a blue bag that is not identifiable.I know I am getting older and some of the in's and outs of doing things can be challenging. Hello Susan, thank you for your message. First off, we have your sweaters and they are under your account. You did everything fine at drop off short of using the screen on the kiosk to log in using your phone #, and then registering the # that was on your bag (in this case bag #305). That it is how your items are tracked and placed under your account. We do have staff on site Mon-Tues-Thurs and Fri from 9-5 and Sat 10-2 that will be happy to assist. Thank you and have a nice day
