My driver has not picked up my clothes the last two scheduled days. I replied to the emails that keep reminding me he is coming but didn’t get a response. Please advise.

They change employees way to often. Spots constantly still left in clothes. Extremely high priced.
My husband a long time customer passed away wee hours of Friday 9/9/22. I had a friend bring a shirt by late Friday am so I could have it fresh to put on his body for the viewing etc. your staff Refused to make an exception to the extenuating circumstances to get the shirt ready by Ron on Friday. The left the shirt and I had them go back and retrieve it. I washed and pressed it myself. I am blown away that you don’t train your people any better than to treat a deceased Long long long time customer any such way.
Not the best experience. My shirt was lost on my first visit, I called and they’re claiming I didn’t drop it off
Prices are too expensive my dress went from $18 to $28 this will be my final visit upon picking up my dress
I Know its 2022 but your prices to clean are more than cost of items I had cleaned I find it hard to believe a pair of shorts cost $11.00 dollars its crazy Im floored I get it Im just gonna buy new and throw away dirty ones
I am still not receiving Email notifications when my clothes are ready for pick up.
Lost my husband’s suit pants. Called to say they had been located. Went to pick up the suit and still had the wrong pants. Found them again but we wondered why the pants were not with the suit coat once they were located the first time.
