Usually great, however I dropped off so it would be done so I could pack clothes for a trip. I went to pick up at 1:15 on my way to a movie. A sign said be back in 15 minutes. I gave it until 1:35 and now one ever showed up. If you say you are going to be open for 5 hours on Saturday, you should be open for all 5 hours. Very disappointing.

I signed up for free pick up and delivery and I sent my brothers favorite jeans because they haven’t a a blue satin and the driver misplaced his jeans, and they were miscommunication from him
Dissatisfied due to not getting heavy starch in the clothing I asked
At first everything seemed great until I received back my clothes. Did not follow clear and written instructions.

$70.00 to dry clean a $8.00 Thrift Store coat which only had a small leather collar and elbow pads. I believe your policy states you should have called me first for approval and how do you think any normal, logical person would respond: NO THANK YOU. If you want the coat for your charges you can have it. I am a loyal customer and I feel like I should be treated like a loyal customer. I received 2 womens shirts for pressing only (medium starch) I was charged $17.00 for 2 shirts. That is very high! They were not laundered or dry clean, just ironed. I won't return at that rate!
I know Brother's has a great reputation, which is why I took two items there to get stains removed. I shared what I thought the stains were caused by, and the person who checked me in said that they send these out (to where, I have no idea) and that they do a great job. When my items came back, the stains were still there--exactly as before. While this person did give me a 10% discount, I still had to pay $32 for nothing.
