I requested that my suit jacket could be altered, since it was over large on when I purchased it. The measurements were taken for the jacket and it I was shown how i would look like once it was altered. However, when I received it, there were no changes made it to at all! It was the exactly the same size as when I bought it. It was incredibly upsetting since I had to pay somewhere close to $50 for these changes and did not see any changes.

I have been trying to unsubscribe from your email list for a year now. Your “unsubscribe” button at the bottom of your emails goes to a broken link, thus I’m unable to unsubscribe. I’m going to contact the BBB as this is surely not legal

Your prices are not listed and I think 18.00 is to much for a plain dress. I have used this cleaner for over 4 years but no longer. R. Williams

I’ve been bringing my nicer Knits to Brothers Cleaner since the summer 2023. The cleaner has not been able to remove any stains;. When I asked for no crease in my pants, they were creased anyway. When my clothes were taken in, I had four pieces but the receipt showed three. I had to call back to make sure that my four items were included on n my order. I Don’t know if I will continue to bring my nicer knits to your cleaner.

The clothes are clean and pressed well enough but the customer service has declined so much. I waited 15 minutes (standing in the store) while 4 people served a single car at a time. One woman was using her cell the entire time. The person actually moving with a sense of urgency? A young man about 20 years old. Hopefully he's getting paid the most.
