Cleaning quality is great. Customer service is terrible. My laundry was picked up but not delivered to me. When someone from the company finally called me back, I was told that it was because I didn’t have a credit card on file and I had previously had a past due balance so having a card of file was required. I understand and appreciate that is your policy but my account was current when the laundry was picked up and besides that, why would you pick up my laundry if you weren’t going to deliver it until there was a card on f... read more

I fail to understand why, I dropped off my items on Wednesday after9 AM; It took till 5:57 on Friday to be texted that it was ready. I can get that service or better at the $1 cleaner off of Spring Forest. This isn’t the level of service you have offered in the past. Something has changed for the worst.
I made sure to notify that there were spots on my dress. When i came to pick it up and went home, the spots were still there. It would have been nice if someone could have mentioned that they were not able to remove the wine spots. It cost me $16 and the dress looks the same as before.
I took a suit to be pressed and a shirt to be cleaned to your store on Pleasant Valley Rd. The shirt was good but the suit pants looked worse than when I took the in. The coat looked like it had not been touched I took the suit back for a redo. I will see how they did on the redo later today

Not happy. Washed garmentibsread of dry clean. Looks well used. It was new 1st cleaning. Washing aged it
I had two pair of casual khakis that I specifically requested there be no crease pressed into them. They were pressed and I was heading out of town the next day and did not have time to have them redone. We had to try to use an iron to remove the crease.
