They are the worst! They ruined my wedding dress and are hiding behind policy! They won’t call me back and won’t pay for the damage the caused. It was my dream wedding dress that I waitED 20 years to wear. Now I have nothing to pass on to my daughters. BRIDES DONT LEAVE YOUR DRESS WITH THEM!!!

I was never late on payment I was always on time and one time I didn’t miss a payment. They told me that they would no longer do free pick up and delivery and after I pay the full balance and I was there one customer and really bad service rude management but now I’m fine and now I find A new dry cleaning to do my business
How can you give me a coupon for 20% off of a laundry service which you call Wash and Fold if you do not even offer this service. Check your website; it's not there. I would like to know the regular price of Wash and Fold to know what 20% means.
