Brothers Cleaners was originally founded in Raleigh in 1916 by Emil Hilker, a German immigrant. Emil’s twin son’s, Jerry and Jim Hilker assumed ownership of the business after his retirement and ran it successfully until the mid 1970’s, when they went their separate business ways. At that point, the business was handed over to our current owners, twins Tom and Bob Hilker, the third generation to continue their family legacy. I brought in a 40+ year old hand quilted blanket belonging to my wife, done by her mother. It had great sentimental value. When we picked the blanket up we could not believe the difference between before and after cleaning. The colors were bright and sparkling and vibrant. It was in perfect shape. So, the next day I brought in an even older comforter done by her mother and we both can't wait to see the results. Excellent job.
While I usually have a great experience with your service, I'm very disappointed to see the discount opportunities dwindle to nothing. When I started using your company, I was emailed a coupon to be used in a monthly basis with unlimited usage. Then it was limited to only once a month, and now it has gone away completely. I think your prices a re a bit high, especially because I do not take advantage of the "free" pick up and drop off service.
