I am growing frustrated with the number of items that have been misplaced over the last few years. I love the service ..it is extremely convenient but I've had at least 3-4 Incidences where they have had track down my clothes. There was only one time where the item could not be found. But still frustrating. The dress was a seasonal dress and is no longer available. Which is even more frustrating.
The cleaners are terrific. With that said, during the fire I lost 2 pillow shams that were a part of my king bed set. I was called and told I would receive a $60 check as compensation for the loss. I never received the check and have followed up twice. I still haven't heard anything. It is disappointing.
Quality but pricey...convenient.
Overall the service is good. The issue is with billing. I have placed calls and sent notes in regards to clothing that has been sent to us by accident. We send it back with a request to credit our account. This does not happen. I have placed calls and left voice mails and I d on t receive calls back. If there was a different choice to the residential service I would take it.
Need to get straight on your billing! To much confusion since the fire, on your direct billing.
It is a pleasure to have Anthony as our delivery person. He is extremely reliable and always so friendly. His extra touch of leaving Milk-Bones for our pup is so kind and most appreciated!
Our driver Larry is very dependable and friendly. Very efficient!
