Brothers Cleaners was originally founded in Raleigh in 1916 by Emil Hilker, a German immigrant. Emil’s twin son’s, Jerry and Jim Hilker assumed ownership of the business after his retirement and ran it successfully until the mid 1970’s, when they went their separate business ways. At that point, the business was handed over to our current owners, twins Tom and Bob Hilker, the third generation to continue their family legacy. delivery and pick ups are always on time
Good service. Route man, Josh, even brings news paper to the door, a real deal at my age.
The overall experience was great. Love the convenience. The slacks to get dry cleaned were more expensive than I'm used to.
Delivery before 7:30am. Delivered the laundry, bag and new recycle box, the newspaper and a dog treat. Perfect!

Overall good customer service in comparison to other cleaning services. A couple of suggestions....I would ask that when collar tabs are lost in cleaning that they be replaced. My husband gets a lot of his dress shirts back without the tabs. Also, I would appreciate if clean clothes would be put on my back porch. I may have a new driver, but he is hanging my clothes on the stone wall by my front door. The clothes blow off and end up on the porch or in my yard.
DJ Summers did a great job picking up on time and delivering on time. I like it .
Always an excellent job on my clothes. And the pick up and delivery service is very reliable and consistent. I appreciate the convenience. Brother's is the best in town.
