Picking up cleaning is wonderful for me because I have sciatica. It comes back beautifully laundered. Everyone is very pleasant to deal with and Larry, who picks up my cleaning, is a jewel. You also have a good alterations dept! A Plus all around.
I think Larry and the pick up service is great. He provides great customer service. For the most part my clothes have come back clean and well pressed. A few times I have had to return items for a redo. What I don't like is the billing system and the way discounts are given out. I don't like that I have to print out the newsletter to get the coupon, I don't really know if the coupon has really been applied to my monthly bill, and I don't see what I owe until I get my credit card bill.
