Brothers Cleaners was originally founded in Raleigh in 1916 by Emil Hilker, a German immigrant. Emil’s twin son’s, Jerry and Jim Hilker assumed ownership of the business after his retirement and ran it successfully until the mid 1970’s, when they went their separate business ways. At that point, the business was handed over to our current owners, twins Tom and Bob Hilker, the third generation to continue their family legacy. Too expensive; good alternatives at lower prices; looking at alternatives;
too expensive. mens shirts and womens oxford shirts not the same price. understand you need equipment for the opposite sides of buttons ...then get it! women are in the workplace too
Love the pickup and delivery. Overall, very pleased, but have noticed sometimes buttons are torn off and the shirt is patched poorly with the button replaced with one that is not the correct size. This is frustrating. Collars don't hold their shape on the hangers you use until you're read to wear them. I most always have to iron the collars first.
We are loyal to Brothers Cleaners because of our experience with Larry Barlow. He's dependable, efficient, and exceptionally kind. He's one of our dogs' favorite people too. They're always excited to see him. He takes a personal interest in them and he spoils them with treats! Of course, we're also exceptionally pleased with the quality of the service. I have been a Brothers customer for more than 15 years. The service is friendly and efficient at all locations. I have been on a pick/delivery route at work for more than 10 years. What a convenience!! Never lost an article of clothing; never missed a delivery. Highly recommended to anyone.
