Best Cleaners removed an oil stain from my jacket. As the jacket is light gray, I did not honestly believe that it was possible. Great job BC. I am a customer for life.

In the Farmington office there’s an African American young lady that never smiles and also the courtesy is lacking with the younger employees. There’s one great Hispanic employee, very friendly and courteous,

After discussing the current discounts being offered by Best when I dropped off my shirts, the shirts returned with no discount (25%) applied. After I showed the workers the emails Best sent me, the discount was applied. The fact that they were completely oblivious (?) to the offering of these discounts is of concern.

Removed stains and recv'd email giving me a heads up dry cleaning order was completed.....They had until 4pm the following day and it was ready 3 hrs. before @ 1pm. No better service than that. Cleaner staff is friendly and professional.
