I brought my dress in to the Latham/Colonie location to have the pleats reinforced. The dress was brought in on a Wednesday and I needed it for an event that Saturday. The associate who helped me told me that my dress would be ready the next day. Someone called me from (518) 438-3400 stating that one of my jackets was polyester and it could not be dry cleaned, rather it would be washed in a washer and left to hang dry. I told that person I could just do that myself and she agreed with me saying she would return it to me at no charge. I went to pick up the 3 items and was charged for all 3.
