Cleaning was great, but your ad for blanket and quilt cleaning is ungrammatical. It should be “sleep so well,” not “sleep so good.” That was a real turn off.

A few months ago I dropped off my pink down jacket to be cleaned. I mentioned to the woman at the counter that it was a DOWN jacket. When I picked it up a few days later, the jacket seemed to be COLD. I thought maybe it had just come from a cold area in the store. When I returned home and removed the plastic wrap, and unsnapped the buttons to reveal the inside lining, the down was matted together and still WET. You lost my first round of dry cleaning. It was impossible to get someone on the phone to discuss. I was texting with someone but that went no where. I decided to move past that and tried to have dry cleaning picked up last week, texted, "pick up" a few times with no reply. I had not received any notifications the delivery service would be in my area. At this point I will be going back to dropping off my dry cleaning at Quality Dry Cleaners.

I had a very upsetting experience. As a loyal customer I brought a bridesmaid dress to be pressed prior to a wedding. The dress was "missing" for 48 hours past pick up and the communication was very unprofessional. I had to change my travel plans for the wedding due to the dress being "missing". I am upset that this happened, I will now have to bring my business elsewhere. The only positive was the driver who had to drop my dress off at 8 p.m.

Past 2 times I’ve brought in dresses and a tuxedo and each time, when picking up, the plastic bags covering the garments looked like they have been dragged along the pavement. The return of the garment has looked very sloppy w holes/rips in the bags. Also, one of my good dresses looks like it was washed, instead of dry cleaned. I feel as if the color changed and I also had to iron it myself before being able to wear again. Disappointed in the post pandemic product.

Since you asked, I will share my story. I wrote to you on February 1, 2021 about a missing shirt at the Loudonville store. I had brought in a new shirt shortly before Christmas. When it wasn't included in the next pick-up, I enquired about it. Upon my next visit, I was told by the clerk that there was no record of the shirt.
