The last few Saturdays when I went to pick up my order there has been a note on the door that the person would be back in ...once it said 10 minutes and once it just ended with the word in. Since I had no way of knowing when the 10 minutes started or when the open ended time meant I was not going to stand around and wait so I had to leave and come back later. Very inconvenient. My laundry was missing for over a day with no one contacting me as I was told would happen. It wasn’t until 20 minutes before the store closed for the weekend, I needed these clothes Monday, were my items found. Then not even a discount or a coupon because of their mistakes. I will never return.

Very expensive! Would not take a coupon because we presented when we went to pick up instead of at drop off. Why should it matter?

I was not given a price to dry clean my two piece suit when I dropped it off, nor was there a price on the ticket. I was shocked when the price was $23.80. This is over $5.00 more than a dry cleaner on Wolf Road that I usually go to. I will never go to any Best Cleaners again, and will tell everyone I know that you are way too expensive. Extremely disappointed!!!
I asked you to call and tell me how much to fix the zipper on my coat before doing it. You didn't and it cost $77 to replace zipper and clean 3 things. I would have preferred a call first, as I asked.

Employee at Loudonville location charged me more than she should have. Another employee took the time to explain the charges and corrected it. Unfortunately, I will not be returning for service. Prices are too high.
I already wrote a review about being charged $12.05 for a jacket that was not dry cleaned or washed. I received a phone call from the place they send out the clothes to about the jacket being a material that doesn't get dry cleaned, so the person on the phone asked me if I just wanted it washed regular. I said no, she could just send it back because I can wash it myself at home.
