Since you asked, I will share my story. I wrote to you on February 1, 2021 about a missing shirt at the Loudonville store. I had brought in a new shirt shortly before Christmas. When it wasn't included in the next pick-up, I enquired about it. Upon my next visit, I was told by the clerk that there was no record of the shirt. The young lady working at the Loudonville facility was just a pleasure to deal with… And I never give compliments on websites or anything ..you have a customer for life...If I owned a company I would give her a raise
I dropped off dry cleaning and picked it up.
The cost is much too expensive for the quality of work they do. They give you a ticket and say it will be there the next day by 2:00. I get there at 4:00 and they said I had to go back the next day. Also, you have to have EXACT change when picking up your clothes. That seems very odd to me in this day and age.

Put blanket in Dropbox and best cleaners didn't even know it was there until three days later said they would call when it was ready never did I had to call, blanket wasn't that clean and was completely wrinkled.
Clothes were ready on time but every time I use a coupon it is not applied even though it was put in with the order. The attendent said she could give me a smaller discount. I asked her if she could call someone to help. She did and got it applied. I can can my cleaning and laundry done elsewhere for the price of your discount without the hassle and just as good. I'm done with Best Cleaners
