Staff is very friendly I like that I can pay by using a card that is kept on file. There is never any "dry cleaning" smell. Sweaters are particularly cared for and wrapped in tissue. I do feel that the cost is pricey.
Loudonville store is super. Carmella and Matt are the best. Don't ever let them leave. Super friendly, prompt, courteous.

The services extend to tailoring and the staff was knowledgeable enough to advise me on the cleaning of a fur jacket. I would really recommend them!
