James was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the wedding dress dry cleaning process. I was given incorrect information initially about pricing and when I should bring my wedding dress in to be cleaned for my wedding from another employee. I ended up paying way more than I was originally quoted even with a 10% discount but they did a good job. I wish I would have gotten a call or email to let me know that my dress was ready to pick up. I will probably use another cleaner in the future.
Drive in, prompt service to car. Even offered to hang jacket in car for me. Smiling agent. Easy pickup, Simona once again did beautiful alterations for me.
