Left a wedding dress to be cleaned and had it boxed. Checked the dress inside the box afterwards, and we found (1) the dress was still dirty and not fully cleaned and (2) the crystal belt sewn onto the dress had been ripped off. We are going back to the store in the morning to find out if it's sitting in a lost-and-found somewhere; otherwise, this is completely unacceptable.

We have a dog and every time we’ve gotten our comforter cleaned it’s been cleaned of the dog hair and they also smell fresh and clean.

My driver is the best. He calls me EVERY week to remind me he's coming, who does that these days. He is always very polite when I call and always has an answer. When I lost stuff you all were right there trying to find my things. You all are awesome!!!
