I was overcharged by almost $100 on my last order due to 1/4 zip launder shirts being dry cleaned mistakenly. I pointed this mistake out and was told there was nothing that could be done to fix the billing issue, and it was my fault for not specifying launder on regular cotton blend pull over shirts. So i paid the bill and decided my business was not that important to you. As a result i have stopped using your services and would only come back if that $100 was credited. They advertise that they love your clothes, so this is my story about how much they have proven it: This is a shout out to especially T, Heather, and Mike. They went above and beyond in their diligent efforts to find my sweater. It had somehow been misplaced even with all their computerized and video protocols, but they were relentless in their search. It’s refreshing to see that type of dedication and commitment in the service industry!

I always have a great experience with the staff at Baryames and the service is still doing good I just been on vacation for a couple of weeks and didn’t really need to have anything dry cleaned but my bag is getting full so I will see you at some point soon

The young woman who took my order in the drive-through by Frandor could not have been more pleasant. We moved to East Lansing recently and was glad to find a dry cleaner near by. I brought my husbands favorite Wool Pendleton shirt to be dry cleaned. When I picked it up, I put it into his closet without checking it. When he tried to wear it, he saw that it had been washed, not dry cleaned. My husband is a large man, 6’2”. I am 5’1”. I now have a beautiful wool shirt, and a very disappointed husband. The ONLY reason I gave such a low score is because you now make it mandatory to present a cupon in order to get the special of the week. My husband is the one who brings in the cleaning and I am the one who gets the Cupon. I would have to forward it to his email, which he doesn't use and even if he did he wouldn't want to use the Cupon. He comes after working a 8 to 10 hour day as a Firetruck/ Emergency equipment Mechanic and he just want's to drop and run. Worst service ever! Rec’d e mail with 25%offer When I picked up my order I was charged 24.00 for two sweaters! They would not honor their e mail because I didn’t show it at drop off! I would be ok with that IF the e mail had. stated that! Clerk and person she called were uncaring and had no idea of good customer service! Make your policy clear when you advertise or accommodate the customer. Holt location!
