Dearest and Loyal Savannah of Haslett, MI, I dropped off a pair of pants for a repair service yesterday. In return, you gave me a service ticket with a date for pick up as today. Today, you called me to let me know my order returned to your location incomplete. Although you could have, you blamed no one for the overlook. The absolute worst customer service, quality of work and value for the money. Last time they smashed three buttons on my jeans that were starched. Denied it happened in their care. Because I smash buttons to the point of not being able to fasten them to wear, right??? Today I look down while driving and they are burnt from the press on the thigh. I actually wish I could give this place no stars. This place is so far downhill… I don’t even know where to begin in saying how bad my experience in working here was. The Workers definitely need to be paid more! All that hardwork and no real lunch breaks. Smh… this world is ending. Hopefully they finally take that “Floater” position down too. Nobody is EVER gonna want that. And if they do, they definitely won’t be happy doing it! …

great experience except that the spot I pointed out on my husband's tie did not come out. I failed to notice before I left the store or I'm sure my price would have been discounted. The lady at the counter was very friendly and helpful. My pants turned out great.

I had my sweater cleaned by baryames. I have had it cleaned by other cleaners with no problem.. I can't wear it anymore because they shrunk it. Don't go to this cleaner. You are taking a big chance. My sweater was a good quality. It used to cover my but now it comes to my waist. I informed them that they shrunk my favorite sweater and they said they can't do anything about it. I feel a law suit coming from myself coming.

I have attempted to have my clothes dry cleaned at multiple locations. They not only look worse than before I dropped them off, some of the articles of clothing have been ruined. When I have attempted to address this with staff, including management, I have been questioned to the validity of my concerns and met with an extremely rude attitude. I would NEVER recommend taking your clothing here! Heather M.
