The price was what I was expected, I dropped off my jacket on my way to work and picked it up that same day on my way home from a lovely, cheerful woman. It looks great. Doesn't get any better than that. :)

The experience was good in tens of customer service, but I must say the attention to detail has fallen off over the years. I have been a customer for 40 years and can remember when the need for repairs were caught and brought to my attention. That no longer happens. In fact it’s even missed when when I point out at times. I have a shirt that I just got on this past Friday.
