Fast turnaround, quality cleaning, like your email notifications, employees are always pleasant. I think the prices are a little high though.
Addressed my concerns, sent back one item. I got home and noticed another vintage item still had some missing tears in the seams that I will be bringing back to be repaired. I understand that these items are delicate and they listened. I appreciated that.
First of all, this was not my first visit to your store. I have not had the opportunity to wear or look at all the shirts yet but since I used you before I will think they are alright. Plus, if they are not, it's not like there's a lot of competition in this city to take them elsewhere!
