Items are clean, pressed and returned in a most professional way. Pickup and delivery is always on schedule. I love the convenience of delivery to the home.

Your delivery service is a great service to have being I don't get to State College very often. The diver is professional and addresses me by name instead of just a Mrs.... The customer service person that I email is very helpful for I know anytime I have emailed her she has always responded quickly.

I have been reluctant to go to Balfurd cleaners because they are very expensive. I usually go to Philly a few times a month and take my shirts there because they are 1/2 the price but needed to get some shirts cleaned quick. I did set up an account and had my first pick up or 10 shirts. I did request Medium starch and the shirts came back with the labels stating No starch. I have used the delivery service since moving to Boalsburg and the efficiency and quality of the work has made us regular customers.
I recently asked for our dry cleaning to be picked up and delivered to a location behind our house (where we have an overhang) rather than on the front porch (where we have no overhang), and Mike has done just that! We appreciate the attention to detail, not only in delivery but also in the actual cleaning of our clothing (and rugs and comforters, among other items in the past)!! Excellent service!
