My shirts are well done and pick up and delivery is timely. What I appreciate most is that when there is a glitch, Balfurd Cleaners satisfactorily resolves it immediately.

Our youngest son is a school teacher that insists on dressing up almost every day BUT Mom (even though he is married) gets to do his ironing. He wears ONLY Ralph Lauren and I do not think they ever sold a wash n/wear shirt. Balfurd personnel do a terrific job on his shirts and since I have backlogged on about 50 shirts, it pays me to bring five at a time and take advantage of the five price - 5 pay for 4. They did a super job and I picked up five and dropped off 5; I shall do this until I am caught up but I may never iron... read more
