It wasn't my first Balfurd experience..just my first giving you my email. I've always been pleased with the quality of the work and this time was no exception. The girls at the counter were especially helpful and friendly.
I have used your service for over 30 years, so the first visit stuff is perplexing. Only once have I had a complaint, and that was with the same day service.
I have no time and am not good at ironing. Getting my tencel shirts cleaned and beautifully ironed for a reasonable cost is a treat.
Joe the driver is excellent, helpful, knowledgeable. Sometimes the clothing is not properly done, and while the redo is free, it's extra wear and tear on the garment. This happenstance is rather rare, which is good.
I find your services great and the folks that Work there pleasant and friendly. Great place to do business!

The 2 staff members I dealt with were really very kind and explained the "new" system to me (I guess it had been updated since my last cleaning). My only complaint was that I had a basic dress and to clean it cost $17.50. I was just surprised by that since it was not formal attire - but my fault for not asking ahead of time. I will be hand washing it in the future, but will return to Balfurd's with other items
