Everything was done on time, and I greatly appreciated all of the replacement buttons sewn on the back pockets of my pants -- even though I didn't ask for that! Very nice touch.
After 15 years of taking clothes to Balfurd's, they still do an excellent job in a timely fashion and at a reasonable price. There have been occasional bumps in the road--for instance, delivering to the wrong door at our new house--but the staff took the time to identify where the problem was (not the delivery guy but the link between counter and backroom computers) and fix it. I highly recommend them and their free pick-up and delivery service!
