There really is no substitute for Walden. The clothes come out flawlessly, but dealing with them is the distinguishing factor. They know their stuff, very well staffed and managed, very clean store(s).

The dry cleaning was great. Only annoying thing is the text messages saying my dry cleaning is ready and when I get to the store it’s not there/ready. You need to fix your text message system to only notify customers when their dry cleaning is actually ready for pickup.
