Fred Walden worked at the store on Porter off and on from 1959 to 1968. In 1968 he took a job in Texas until spring of 1969. In May of 1969 Fred Walden met his wife Carolyn Walden at Sonic on Lindsey Street. They were married in December and for the first few months Carolyn worked at another job but it wasn't long before she came to work at Waldens Cleaners. Always quick turnaround!
We recently moved to Norman and I have used Walden cleaners twice and will continue to use them. Quality work and they can wash my king size coverlet.
They always do a wonderful job!
The dry cleaning was great. Only annoying thing is the text messages saying my dry cleaning is ready and when I get to the store it’s not there/ready. You need to fix your text message system to only notify customers when their dry cleaning is actually ready for pickup.
My skirt looks great and it was cheap. Thank you so much!
