Fred Walden worked at the store on Porter off and on from 1959 to 1968. In 1968 he took a job in Texas until spring of 1969. In May of 1969 Fred Walden met his wife Carolyn Walden at Sonic on Lindsey Street. They were married in December and for the first few months Carolyn worked at another job but it wasn't long before she came to work at Waldens Cleaners. I’ve had many dry cleaners help me these past 50 years, I started using Walden’s some 30 years ago and they have always taken great care of me and my clothes. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
You did a fantastic job dry-cleaning the three items I dropped off. However, I do not think charging $40 for two suit jackets and one pair of pants is worth what was done.
Cleaned a spot that I feared was a permanent stain. Notified promptly that the sportvcoat was ready to be picked up - a day earlier than expected .
