Was absolutely shocked at the price to have 13 shirts cleaned, over $60.00 . This was my first time in the RSM store, just moved back to OC from Fort Worth, TX. The cost is so much more than expected. Don't think I'll be going back, no matter how nice the staff is or how well my shirts turned out.
I cannot recommend this service. On my first visit I left a tablecloth and 8 napkins. When I went to pick them up, I was told that three of the napkins "weren't ready". A week later I was able to pick up two of the three, but was told that the third one "wasn't ready". Once again I waited and when I returned, it still was "not ready". At this point I asked if it was lost and was told that yes, it was lost, but if I just waited, whoever had gotten it with their order would return it! I thought $7 was expensive just to press a sports coat. How much do you charge to clean a sports coat?
I'm disappointed with the service I received. I went to pick up my top and the cleaners lost it. They told me they would look for it. Eventually it was found, but I thought that I would get a discount for the inconvenience it caused me. I didn't receive a discount. I have other dry cleaners I can go to so I wish my business was more appreciated.
the ladies who work in the Ladera location are so sweet....unfortunatly my billing seems messed up every time i pick up my order. i should be on the VIP customer list and get 20% discount automatically on all orders. Half the time i do and the other half I don't. $7.15 for 1 dry cleaned dress shirt is a rip off and even at 20% discount off that, it is still really expensive. i know the rent in Ladera is not cheap, but i have friends in SOUTH OC who pay $3 or $4 per dry cleaned shirt. Service is good but cleaning and dry cleaning is super expensive.
Stains on jumpsuit not removed. MVP Card not punched for discount. Same issue with first order. Dry-cleaning and laundry should have been discounted, but was not -- now, twice.
Actually this was not my first visit. It was just an extremely long time between visits. The employees and service are exceptional.I went to the cleaners in Oak Creek center once and they are an inferior business.
When I arrived to pick up my clothes they had a particularly difficult time finding my items due to data input errors. I sent in 4 pairs of pants and 6 shirts and my bill was over $45.00 which averaged out to $4.51 per item and that was after 1st time client discount was supposedly added I feel the product is overpriced and will think twice before bringing my clothes here again. I will certainly NOT be sending my friends here either.
