Everything was great and ready on time.
Clean, professional and quick. However it was my 1st time there. Will try again. :-)
When I arrived to pick up my clothes they had a particularly difficult time finding my items due to data input errors. I sent in 4 pairs of pants and 6 shirts and my bill was over $45.00 which averaged out to $4.51 per item and that was after 1st time client discount was supposedly added I feel the product is overpriced and will think twice before bringing my clothes here again. I will certainly NOT be sending my friends here either.
Excellent customer service, I little issue with the timing for the job, but insignificant.
