We came in with a nasty satin on our brand new bed spread, your staff did a wonderful job getting it out. Everyone was so nice. We will absolutely come back and recommend you to others.

My husband's dark blue shirt was ruined with discoloration on the front. When he asked what could be done, he was told nothing, that he must have brought it in that way. It wasn't like that when he brought it in.
They did a great job getting those stains out of my ties. No one else can seem to do it. Thanks guys.
I had taken two pairs of slacks for alterations. The first time I went to pick them up, I noticed that the stitching was loose. I made a comment to Shelby, who agreed and gladly took them back in for a redo. I was told it would be completed in two days. I had to contact them myself after not hearing back in four days. Fantastic cleaning services and friendly staff. Many of my neighbors are frequent patrons, and now I am one.
Great customer service. However, they ruined a belt loop on my work pants which makes the pants unusable. Also, one of my shirts was not fully pressed.
