All of my husbands socks are now shrunk. The socks I gave to be fluff and fold come up to $40. It's package was about $20 each. Now I have to buy him new socks because he says they are too tight and it's hurting his circulation.

Never got the text message or email that my clothes were ready for pick up. (Only after I went in on my own to pick up my clothes and spoke with Adi did I then get an email, but no text)

You have always been awesome...you know who I am when I am picking up or calling in. I hope to find a dry cleaner just like you in Texas! Other dry cleaners have lost our orders or we have to complain that a button is missing. I will sincerely miss View Cleaners!

I just found it very expensive. I had 4 pillow cases, 2 sheets and a duvet cover washed. I asked for it to be washed and folded and the price was over $100.00, I did have 5 shirts as well so total was $132.00. I don't mind about the shirts but I find the bed linen expensive especially as it was not dry cleaned. I only paid $80 when I purchased the set of linen so if if I knew the price before they cleaned it I would have just thrown it away and got new linen.

My merino wool sweater that was "dry cleaned" shrunk and was matted with fur balls, indicating it was laundered and not properly dry cleaned. Beyond that, the price for dry cleaning was absurdly high. At that price one expects no short cuts to be taken and dry clean items should not shrink. We feel misled and cheated.

I love getting email notifications when my order is ready to pick up and that there is a pick up/drop off service. I will probably take advantage of that!

This was my first try with View Cleaners. When I came to pick up my garments, they told me that my dry cleaning wasn't ready because the machine broke. I understand that things happen. So when I came back today expecting to do a quick pick up with two babies in the car, I was upset to find a line of 6 people waiting with one employee working the computer at 5:30- busy time. I was thoroughly disappointed by the poor service of the staff, specifically Rosie. I had a groupon and that was $30 for $60 worth of dry cleaning, and Rosie told me that I was covered. When I went to pick up my dry cleaning, she said I owed $20! I had two pieces- a queen sized comforter and cover, and I have never paid more than $50 for both pieces total. Very nice and clean business but very pricey. Should get a discount for items with stains that cannot be removed.
