I have been a customer for a long time, but I have noticed that I am missing, those little plastic collar holders, on one side of almost all my shirts, other than that, satisfied.
The cleaning itself was perfectly satisfactory. The service was really quite superior to any competitor I've tried. I pulled up and an employee was almost instantly at my window, she got my name, found my order, accepted payment and even returned my change. I never had to get out of my car, which is a tremendous benefit as I am a mom of 2 young kids who are always with me. The only downside is the pricing, my dry cleaning bill is more than double what I've paid at other dry cleaners.

My husbands pants were not going to be done till 4pm. I called before the errand I had to do and they were going to have them finished by 1.30 on my way home. they did a awesome job by hand on sewing his pants . THANK YOU

The service was good, nothing to complain about. I didn't 5 star it cause it wasn't a great experience. Prices, don't really know because i don't dry clean often but seemed reasonable.
