People and quality are great.
Typically service is very good both dropping off and picking up. Although, I usually have to ask get nice dresses and sports coats individually bagged. That should happen without asking....
There is a button missing from a shirt that I got back from you last week. I'll live, it's "1st world problem" & blah blah bah. I'll address (pun intended) that issue in due time. I'll keep coming back to you. I like the email reminders & your staff is always friendly.

I must say that everyone at this location are really friendly. I never have a problem when I drop off my clothes on a weekly basis. I love that I receive an email every time my clothes are ready. I been to other locations, and I must say they are far the best.
Clerks are always very efficient, courteous and helpful.
