I have been a customer of Today Cleaners for many years, and there are several cleaners in town, I have been a customer of most of them, and although all are very customer service driven, some seem to just go the extra step. I am a fan as well as a customer of The Today Cleaners on Stockdale/Coffee. all the workers there are very friendly and helpful, they seem to make you feel like your the only one they are handling. The ladies and staff are always very friendly and helpful.
The cashier/attendant was kind and helpful and was ready, willing and able to up-date my information even though I had been using this particular facility for my dray-cleaning needs, which are not great, for about 10 years after my move from the north-east. No-one else offered to do that; they said it wasn't necessary. I thought that was very positive.
I took my SANTA suit in for cleaning, it was pretty dirty and it came back looking better than when I bought it!! So fluffy and clean!! Even the gloves were spotless!! Thank you for your awesome work!!
I had a couple dollars in my coat pocket that I forgot about and when I got my clothes I noticed an envelope and inside was the money form my pocket, very impressed with the honesty and definitely makes me want to come back.
