I like that you are open 7 days a week and are in a convenient location. I also liked the email notice that my item was ready.

Generally speaking the quality of your cleaning and pressing is very high. You are also most courteous is quick turnarounds during Kern County Fair competitive time. Our biggest complaint is that shirt buttons often get overlooked. Please focus on replacing cracked buttons.
We use the Auburn Store, staff is excellent, courteous, helpful . Quality of work is excellent as well. Love the coupons ! Like that we can get coupons on line too!

Picked up my cleaning from the Panama store, to find a white bag attached. The Manager, Caitie, informed me that I had an item in the bag. Thank you all so much! They found a pin my youngest niece had given me for a Christmas present. Awesome job as always, and a big thank you to your staff for returning the pin to me!
